Looks interesting and seems like it fits the theme well, but I couldn't manage to jump off the boat to play. Unless I am just misunderstanding how it works. I also had a bug where some of the tentacles the ends stayed as a ghost if that makes sense.
Interesting looking attempt at a jam game though.

We fixed the ghost issues but ran out of time, will be uploading fixes once the rating period is over
Thank you. I managed to get the game to work, but because of the lingering ends I couldn't collect treasure. I did find a bug though where if you collect treasure and the tentacle beside you comes down it pushes you to the right a little bit. After this if you jump it launches you past the treasure chest.
